ABEOKUTA - The Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) on Wednesday paid an unscheduled visit to the Ogun State Council of Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Iwe-Irohin House, Oke-Ilewo, Abeokuta.
The PCRC team led by the National Vice Chairman (South West), Alhaji Ibrahim Olaniyan who visited the State NUJ Chairman, Comrade Wole Shokunbi said the visit was to form a symbiotic relationship with members of the fourth estate of the realm.
Olaniyan in a brief chat with THE ENCOUNTER commended journalists in the state for balanced reportage and unbiased media reports.
Other members who accompanied the National Vice Chairman include; the Acting State Chairman, Pastor Lawson, State Vice chairman, Arc. Samson Popoola, South West, Public Relations Officer, Comrade Kunle sodipo and Senior Director of communications, Comrade Temidayo Babalola.
