ABEOKUTA - The death of the former Chairman, Abeokuta South Local Government, Hon. Oludare Gbolahan has been described as a great loss in the Local Government council and the State at large.
Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Afolabi Afuape made the remark in Abeokuta while commiserating with the family of the deceased.
He said, the marks, he left behind at the local council would continue to be a pointer to others, as his indelible achievement in market development and segmentation no doubt has brought the Kampala fabrics of the State to limelight.
Afuape noted, his demise at this time was a great loss in political system of the council area.
He prayed for forgiveness of his soul and that God should grant the members of his family great courage to bear the irreparable loss.
