BREAKING: Abiodun Confirms Toyin Sogbesan As General Manager, OGBC

ABEOKUTA - The Ogun state government has approved the appointment of the Assistant General Manager, Programme Services, Mrs. Toyin Sogbesan as the General Manager of the Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation, (OGBC).

A statement signed by the Ogun State Head of Service, Alhaja Selimot Ottun noted that the appointment takes effect from 18th December, 2020.

The Head of Office said the elevation was a reward for hard work, dedication to duty and outstanding performance.

Sogbesan, is a graduate of English from the Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun state.

The new General Manager is a seasoned broadcaster who has contributed immensely to the  broadcast industry in the country.

The appointment letter reads "it gives me great pleasure to inform you that, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR governor of Ogun State has approved your appointment as the General Manager of Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation with effect 18th December, 2020.

"Please, accept my hearty congratulations on this well deserved elevation, which no doubt is a reward for your many years of hard work, dedication to duty and outstanding performance."
