ABEOKUTA - All roads will lead to Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital on January 19, 2022 as the Media Assistant to Senator Olamilekan Adeola Yayi, Chief Kayode Odunaro launches his autobiography titled, "Colours of Perception".
According to Chief Odunaro's Personal Assistant, Philip Shiebee, the Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Chief Sunday Dare, the governor of Ogun State Prince Dapo Abiodun, the Olu Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, Oba Dr. Kehinde Olugbenle and Senator Solomon Adeola, chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance are among the dignitaries expected to grace the public presentation.
Philip said the occasion of the book presentation coincided with Chief Odunaro's 60th birthday.
The Sports minister is expected to chair the book presentation marking the Diamond Jubilee of Chief Odunaro while Governor Abiodun and Senator Adeola are special guest of honour and special guest respectively.
The autobiographical book titled “Colours of Perception” details the life of Chief Odunaro, the Baaroyin of Imala-Yewa, Ogun State with emphasis on his professional career of journalism and public service as Chief Press Secretary to successive Military Administrations of Group Captain Sam Ewang, (Rtd) Navy Commodore Kayode Olofinmoyin, (Rtd), the civilian administration of Chief Olusegun Osoba in Ogun State and as Special Adviser to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Dimeji Bankole at the National Assembly.
The book also narrates his activities in community development as the Chairman of Oronna Ilaro Festival Central Planning Committee for 4 years.
Renowned columnist, lawyer, and author, Dr, Festus Adedayo is the reviewer of the book slated for Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, OOPL in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
