"Imagine, telling somebody to step down in 30mins to an election! You see, we are the ones that prevailed on OLEKU to come forth to represent us this time.

"Hon. Abiodun Akinlade they imposed on us has nothing to offer us; he has been there for twelve years with nothing to show for it.

"This time around, we want OLEKU - Chief Michael AnuOluwapo Akinlose - the man in whom we have confidence that he would bring home our dividend of democracy.

"Talking of popularity, and having the majority on his side, Hon Abiodun Akinlade is not close to OLEKU.

"Failure to give us OLEKU, we will surely work against the emergence of Hon. Abiodun Isiaq Akinlade at the poll comes 2023. It's not a threat. We can't continue to lose out every time".
