Pre-Season: Jesus, Mohammed Score As Arsenal Overcome Stubborn Nuremberg In 8-goal Thriller

 

Newly signed Arsenal striker, Gabriel Jesus scored a brace on Friday in a pre-season friendly against German side, Nürnberg.

The Gunners had started on the front foot, with Emile Smith Rowe testing the goalkeeper with a curling effort, but it is the hosts who netted first.

Nürnberg opened the scoring chat against Arsenal scoring twice in the 29th minute of the encounter before Gabriel pulled back a consolidation in 47th minute of the second half. 

Mohammed Elneny leveled up in the 54th minute before Nürnberg's defender, Schindler scored an own goal in the 57th minutes to give the gunners the lead.
