ILARO - The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday declared the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate, Mr. Kolawole Lawal Mobolorunduro, as the winner of Egbado South/Ipokia Federal Constituency seat in Ogun state.
The APM candidate scored 23, 533 votes to beat Mr Biyi Otegbeye of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who had 19, 796 votes.
The Returning Officer for Egbado South/Ipokia Federal Constituency, Dr Oluseye Onabanjo declared that, Kolawole Lawal has satisfied the requirement of the law and scored the highest votes thus becomes the Reps-elect”.
