UPDATED! Three Killed As Petrol Tanker Explodes In Ogun (SEE PHOTOS)

ABEOKUTA - No fewer than three persons were reportedly dead on Tuesday over the fire incident that happened at Kuto, in Abeokuta, Ogun State capital.

The inferno, according to an eyewitness account, involved a fully loaded petrol tanker, three vehicles and one motorcycle.

An eyewitness reported that, the petrol tanker was descending from the overhead bridge at Kuto, when the driver lost control due to break failure and ran into oncoming vehicles on the other side and exploded.

As at the time of filing this report, officials of Fire Service were seen busy putting out the fire, while men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps were redirecting vehicles away from the incident scene.
