ABEOKUTA - The Olu Igbehinland, Oba Festus Oluwole Makinde has congratulated the new High Commissioner to United Kingdom, Chief Sarafa Tunji Ishola.
Ishola was last month appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari as High Commissioner to United Kingdom.
The monarch, in a congratulatory message addressed to Chief Ishola described the new High Commissioner as a true son of Egbaland who has done so much for the progress of Egbaland.
According to the royal father "You deserved this appointment and you have made us proud of you as an illustrious son of Egbaland. Not many people have a story of their own to tell. You have a story of your own and there are so many others to tell it over and over again,
"Life doesn't just throw success as you, you have really worked hard for it, you are worthy of this appointment. You are a role model for everyone around you. You never failed to amaze us with your extra ordinary success and achievements. I hope this will inspire others to do their best always
"Congratulations to you for this special one. You have accomplished the things that most men can only dream of.
"Therefore on behalf of my Olori, Chiefs and good people of Igbein both at home and abroad, I sincerely wish you immense success in your new office."
