FUNAAB's Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Adeofun Buries Mother In Grand Style



AKURE - The ancient town of Akungba Akoko in Akoko local government area of Ondo State, on Saturday becomes a Mecca of sort as the remains of Mrs Felicia Aina Adeofun was committed to mother earth.

Late Mrs. Felicia Adeofun was the mother of FUNAAB's Deputy Vice Chancellor (Development), Prof. Clement Adeofun.

Chief Mrs Adeofun survived by three children and many grandchildren was buried in a Christian way amidst fanfair.

Professor Adeofun, while performing the dust to dust rite, described his late mother as a God-fearing, disciplinarian and visionary woman who instill moral values and fear of God in her children.

Dignitaries who attended the colourful burial ceremony include top management of the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta and notable Politicians.
