ABEOKUTA - Team Ogun contingents including 230 athletes and officials are taking part in the 6th Edition of the National Youth Games which kicks off this Sunday 10th of October to 20th of October, 2021 at University of Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.
Head, Public Relations of the State Sports Council, Bola Giwa in a statement said that the team would be participating in twenty-two (22) Sports at the games.
The games include; Athletics, Ayo, Badminton, Boxing, Chess, Cycling, Darts, Gymnastics, Judo, Karate, Deaf Athletics, Para Table Tennis, Kung Fu, Wrestling, Scrabble, Shooting, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Tennis, Basketball, Golf and Squash.
The contingent will be departing Abeokuta for Ilorin this Monday 11th, October 2021, for the National Youth Games.
