Oyewale Emerges National Chairman Nigerian Baptist Convention's Conference

ABEOKUTA - Conference President Fellowship of the Nigerian Baptist convention has announced Reverend Oyewale Oyeniyi, as its new national chairman.

Oyeniyi is the Ogun Baptist conference president.

The Fellowship during its meeting held in Ede, Osun State, unanimously approved the decision. 

This was disclosed in a press release issued in Abeokuta by his Media Assistant, Seyi Ipadeola.

Oyeniyi, in his acceptance speech, appreciated the confidence reposed on him, promising to lead the fellowship with total submission to the Holy Spirit.

The new National Chairman, however, sought spiritual support from the members of the fellowship to achieve its goals.
