Ogun LG Elections: Ogun Police CP, Gov. Abiodun's SSA On Energy Applaud Security Arrangement

ABEOKUTA - The Ogun state Police commissioner, Edward Ajogun, has commended the indispensable effort of security agencies in ensuring a violent free election in the state.

The commissioner who described the security arrangement as tight and deliberate gave credence to the key role played by forces on ground. 

He said that, all security agencies were collated to ensure that there's no form of disturbance during the electoral process. 

Ajogun, however, recommended the agencies for future elections saying, he had never had elections that are progressive up to this point.

He added that the synergy has been fantastic as all security agencies were present. 

He expressed his satisfaction and happiness saying that, it is due to the immense effort of the Governor who is a democrat and peace loving person. 

Also the Special Adviser to the Governor on Energy, Afeez Balogun described the election process as peaceful and encouraging adding that, the turnout of electorate is excellent. 

Balogun noted that the party has done well and the development brought by the Governor gives him confidence of victory. 

He, however, said that the party is moving forward to ensure more developmental strides in the power sector.
